A community with less than 30,000 inhabitants divided in two by highway 307. The western area, with an air much more attached to traditional Mexico with its markets and shops, and the eastern one where the hotels and luxury residences are located. It is one of the most exclusive private communities in the Riviera Maya with a wonderful marina and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea.
